TOO much micro bubbles, please help

I have a 150 gallon tank, it is 6 feet long. I have recently got my sump up and running for about 3-4 weeks now. I am getting a lot of micro bubbles in my tank. I do not know why. If anyone can give this rookie some pointers to eliminate micro bubbles in my tank, much is appreciated.

I have a CPR CS202 overflow box that I bought new that supports up to 300g. I have a Quiet One 4000 return pump. I have a Octopus EXT. PS150 skimmer. A Fluval 405 cannister filter to help with the water flow. I have (2) Korelia 2, one on each end of the tank. I have a pvc pipe to lead the skimmer return into the bubble chamber. Also, I have a Quiet One 800 pump to feed the water to my skimmer.

I have a 29g sump. I have attach some pictures and please tell me how I can eliminate a lot of micro bubbles in my tank. Thanks in advance.

Yes, my return in on the right of my sump. Thanks Matt. I will try that this weekend, but placing some foan around the intake. I will use some of the foam left over I had that I used for the left side of my sump. I will make a box like around my intake. Thanks for the advice.

Correct me if Im wrong but does your sump flow... Intake---->Fuge---->Return? If I let my water level in my return section get too low the waterfall coming over my refuge baffle will force bubbles down into my return intake. If I keep the level up its more of an overflow instead of crashing down. Make sense? Let us know how it goes.
