Toadstool Leather Coral

I got this toadstool on Monday and of course he was not happy being moved but yesterday I noticed a hole in the middle of him and he is slumped over. I have checked all my settings and they appear to be ok. I am new to keeping corals and don't know if it is normal or he is dying.
thanks for your help

is there plenty of flow aorund him? they can excrete a filmy substance and there needs to be enough flow to blow this off them to be healthy

also, can u tell us more about your system, what do you have, how old, what are you referring to as being ok? everything please

The tank is only 3 months old
ph 8.3
NO2 0.05
Salinity 1.025
ALK 2.5
I have a maxijet 900 pointed at him and a 400 on the other side with a whisper pump in my 55 gallon Tank
I have a 10000k and a 420 bulb florescent
this picture was before i added the 900 and I moved him to the top of the middle rock
I hope that i have answered your questions thank you for taking the time to help.

I would consider pointing the two powerheads at one another or putting them on the back wall and facing the front; but not at any specific coral. I do not believe most any coral will thrive with a direct "blast" on them. It needs to be more of a swirling/random flow....HTH

I like your aquascaping by the way, mine is also a "lower" rock line to allow more room in the top for fish to swim.
