Tips for getting best SPS growth

what would you all consider the perfect setup to get the best growth out of your sps or maybe even some tips or something you can share...

IMHO, Stability is one of the biggest keys... Keeping the temp swings as low as possible, pH swings, keeping the salinity stable, etc...
