thinking of upgrading to a 100g and have ?

I'm thinking of upgrading from a 45g oceanic cube (24x18x24) to a 100g tank... but am on a budget...

is I have a 1.5-2.0 inch sand bed, how much more live sand will I need to get or can i use unlive and it will turn live buy being seed with the sand from the 45g. is it best to get all live sand?
I don't plan for any lps or hard to grow corals.... i just want to do kenya, xenia,mush rooms, and zoas. if I go t5 h.o. how many bulbs will I need?
live rock, how much more live rock will I need, I'm est. I have 50-70 pounds in my current tank. I want to use the water, sand, and rock from the 45 and just get 50 more gallons of water and mix it with a 50g of instant ocean will that work?
for skimmer I plan to buy chris's(dfwminis) euro reef 135.
and last thing, what size tank would i need to get to use as a sump? would a 29 or 30 work?

so I use the saltwater.com caculator and it looks like i will need 90 pounds. for a 2.0 bed.
