thinking about putting the acan under the dremmel

I am thinking about fragging it up for the swap. i have never done it before but I heard it is pretty easy. Just cut between the lines right? With LPS do you put a wet cloth on the part that is not being cut? any advice will be highly appriciated

that was a horrid expierence. I don't know if the frags will get done. i tryed to do it. I have a dremmel it was too small for the rotozip head so I tryed a skinny drill bit. I pierced the coral and flesh and slime got sucked into it. i tryed to continue the drill bit didn't move smoothly and more slime or flesh was destryed. I pannicked and put the coral back in the tank. I want to look at the damage tomorrow. To see if it waas slime or actualy as distructive as it seemed. I can't really aford to keep the whole thing but i might have to. I don't want to kill the coral. Whoa.

what type of attavchment were you using. I have fragged Acans,Micromussas with good success. This is the cutoff wheel that I used, it is a diamond wheel and if the shank doesn't fit then they sell a set of adaptors for differnt sizes and also if you are using a rotozip instead then the adaptors work for them also. I hope this helps.
