I haven't posted on the forum in quite some time, that's my fault.  But I share my updates daily via social media, and do a weekly livestream Saturdays on Youtube, hence the reason I've been away. The 400g is nearly seven years old, and a week ago today I had a very ugly RTN event happen in the middle of a massive colony. It was spreading like wildfire over a period of hours, and that evening I cut out the worst section to prevent it from landing on nearby corals.  Here's a 7 minute video of what had transpired that day.https://youtu.be/6XkxkrV9e6E
The next day, I was on a roadtrip, getting home around 1am.  I couldn't see how the corals were doing, but on Sunday I could see that my efforts were rewarded.  There was still some death, but it seemed to be residual death, not new-spreading death.  I did another update video that is about 5 minutes long:https://youtu.be/rl5miaqyQUUAbout two days ago, it seemed like the death had stopped at last. I cleaned out some skeleton last night, and have a new batch of saltwater ready for another big water change tonight.  Fortunately, it seems like the majority of my corals are unaffected.  The two big colonies that were the epicenter... well, fortunately there was enough remaining that I didn't lose them.  The Shadowcaster is probably 40% of what I had a month ago. The Drew's acro that remains is about 20% of what it was.  I'm still watching other corals like a large blue tort colony as it's looking a tad iffy.  A really beautiful chalice was melting away, but I still have about 25% of it which can regrow if things stay stable. Here are a few pictures from yesterday.
