Temporary Patch For a leaking Tank

I'm at work flipping through TV channels watching these stupid infomercials because nothing else is on, when an idea struck me.  This Flex tape product might be useful in a tank emergency to do a quick temp patch to a leaking tank.  Of course it probably wouldn't hold long, but might hold long enough to get everything out.  The video shows patching a hole in the middle of a tank where a leak is never going to happen in the hobby, but it might hold on a corner seam on the outside.  Check the video.https://www.flextapeoffer.com/FLXTP/5.0000/Index.dtm?otsid=9166The shot at 01:18 where he is in the patched boat over the man eating NURSE sharks is pretty funny.  It's late, I'm flipping back to South Park

I bet that would totally work in a pinch, might have to get some for the emergency kit.The shark infested waters cracked me up..lolThanks for sharing!

I have a 4" roll on hand for tank emergencies. I used a small piece last week to patch a soccer ball - and it worked!
