Most shops also do service work. I go to North Dallas Aquarium and I know they have a huge fleet of trucks doing that. I've used them for a tank move and one mechanical repair that I didn't want to undertake. Prices are reasonable. But for regular maintenance it can be expensive as compared to your cheap DIY time. Does hurt to give them a call for a quote.
