tank maintenance

Hello all,

I have a question for you all. I have a friend of mine who has a tank and had a maintenance company care for it and now that company went out of business and left him everything in his office. They don't know how to care for the tank and want me to care for it and will pay me. My question is I don't know how much to charge?

If you can help with rough estimates that would be great!
The tank is not saltwater...its a cichlid tank. 75gal.

I assume I have to go on a biweekly basis to refill water, check params etc etc? what would you charge??

We were talking about it and he mentioned to let him know a price. Since he didn't offer me to tell me what these other people charged him I didn't ask. I told him I would look into it and he said to do some research and let him know the price?

I have to figure out what I would charge him so that it can pay my gas costs (about 30mi) and the water needed etc.
