Tank is back in action... - Finally found it...

[In the last few years I couldnt keep any softies alive in my tank. Had many zoo colonies wiped out as well as all my mushrooms. I also had a clam and foxface go from completely healthy to dead. I had no clue why because my parameters seemed in line and everything that was supposed to be in my tank shouldnt bother corals. I had been away at school and thought my lack of commitment to the tank was the reason. So, I quit buying. After graduating and moving back home I had the time to get my tank back to where it should be and to find the reason for losing my inhabitants. Last night somehow I spotted a mysterious crab embedded inside a rock. I havent bought rock in over 3 years so its been in there this entire time. I managed to remove the rock it was in and capture it. Today I took it to Fish Paradise and it was identified as a Rock Crab, which would eat anything it could get its claws on. We tossed it in with a puffer and it got what it deserved. After feeding a crab LOTS of money my tank is once again ready to house softies and my passion for saltwater tanks is restored. Let the buying begin...can't wait for another group buy on zoo's. You can't understand how hard it was for me to see everyone buying these beautiful corals and know mine wouldnt survive.

[Mark, I have bad news theres probably more

I had to get rid of 5 before I bought a zebra eel to finish the nuisnace.

He also got rid of something making a clicking noise either a mantis or pistol.

I highly recommend a zebra or snowflake moray. Their apitite is for inverts; snails, crabs, and shrimp. My Zebra Eel is my prize position. (unless my wife is reading this in which case it's her j/k)]
