Tangs in 75 gallon (long term)

I really want to get a powder blue tang for my new 75 gallon tank.

The tank size is 52”Lx17.5”Wx18.5”H.

I’m planning on buying a 1” tang (tiny) and letting it grow up in the tank for as long as I have it. I’d think that a tang would thrive even when it “overgrows” the tank since it would be raised from baby to adult in the same reef.
With the “best” parameters, diet, rock scape, and tank mates, would the powder tang be able to tell the difference between a 125 gallon+ tank and my 75 gallon it was fully raised in?

Thanks in advance.
