Tang troubles

my brother who lives out of town has a tank with a couple of tangs that are quarreling - sohal tang and a yellow tang - he has had them in there for a couple of weeks - i too have a sohal in my tank - he is a little pushy, but no problems - apparently, in my brother's tank, the sohal will chase the yellow around and harrass him - is this something that will subside with time?? i could move the yellow tang to my new tank in 2 months - but, is that too long - he is trying to avoid completely emptying the tank and taking the sohal or yellow out - any thoughts?? thanks

[yeah - i tried to talk him out of it - my sohal is just a little guy - under 2" .. so i haven't had any problems so far, hopefully he will stay nice till i get moved to the 260 -- thanks.]

[Sohal tangs WILL become the dominant tang in the tank and it is not uncommon for them to be fatally aggresive.]

[well, after some thought - my brother decided to try and catch the sohal and return him to the lfs - using a plan on the web, we took a ozarka bottle - 4L and cut the top off - then made slits so we could fold the top in some and tied a string to the top of it - filled it with food and put in the tank horizontal - within 2 hours, the sohal was inside - pulled the string so the bottle went vertical, and out came the tang - worked great - thanks. ]
