T5 Bulbs

Lately I'm having one heck of a time finding the 48" bulbs that I use. The local LFS's near me don't stock UVL or ATI bulbs. The one that does stock UVL is about 20 miles away. Where is everyone buying their bulbs? Online? I want to support my LFS but I'm thinking its time to get the bulbs online. Maybe this will prompt me to buy that RO/DI system I have my eye on.

I buy mine form either brs or reefgeek who ever has then cheaper at the time

Thanks for the response Pampee. I always try to support the local LFS but I 'm going to bite the bullet and move to online transactions whereever possible.

I do love to support LFS's though, but if they don't carry what you NEED, then really there is no other way around it...

Midcities Aquariums stock the UVL bulbs. Call ahead of time and make sure they have the ones you want on the self. I picked up some bulbs from them last week the 48" bulbs ran me around $25 each.

Thanks man. I usually get my bulbs from mid-cities but they were out if stock on the super actinics. Thanks for the suggestion to call ahead.
