Syncra 10 sound proofing

I've started the build on my 185g and have an internal Syncra 10 as my return pump. The problem I'm getting quite a bit of vibration noise from the pump in the sump.

I've installed 4 inches of flexible hose to help cut down the noise but its not made much difference. What other options have I got? I was thinking of putting a blob of silicone on the feet, and the edges that could touch the sump, I'm also going to put some foam under the sump to help with noise too.

any other suggestions?

On old tank, I put an unused mouse pad under the pump and that worked great.

I put a silicone baking Mat from target "Cut to size" under my return pump. It works great
