Supplemental leds to MH question

I have a 34g Solana with a disco ball MH pendent and I was wondering what leds I could use to add more blue to the tank? I'm already using a 14k phoenix bulb but I want my zoas to pop even more. Mind you I really like the open tank look and I saw some items on amazon for strong accent lighting that will stick to the back. Will one of these work with my MH to make super blue or will the metal halide just fade it out? Or is there a better way to add blue to my tank without covering the top?

I have a set of the Marineland Hidden supplementing my Viper over the Hex 35. It is not very powerful IMHO. At $50.00 I don't think you will be very happy with it. Make sure to keep the receipt for a return if you try it and buy locally at retail so you don't get stuck with shipping or restocking fees. I don't know much about the 2nd option you have listed at Amazon but there are more negative than positive reviews on it.

You could try a 20K bulb instead of the 14K. These folks like the change.

You could consider building a 12LED setup from RapidLED that would give you the supplemental before and after the halide along with the POP that you want from your zoas.
