Exactly!! That's what I'm putting in my 36g. The 7x5 footprint is hard to beat. They are very good size skimmers. If you get a chance, go to Frank's Tanks. He has every tank running on one. The barebottom tank right when you walk in the door has the 3C on it.
They are updated (can't see it in the picture) with gate valves now. So all bermudas look like the 8C and above as far as outlets go.
Put you a Quiet One 3000 on it (again, small footprint) and you really got one HELL of a skimmer in a very small area.
Hard to beat!
