[heres a 29 Gal i did for my 100 . The skys the limit. I just decided to go w/a pre-built tank and mod the inside. It has a 7"x 7 " x14" bubble trap where the water enters from the tank - its filled woth Limestone rubble and sits 1" off the floor of the tank. The rest you can see. Theres cheaper ways I guess but it cost me around $50 to build it - thats including the tank , acrylite , and Silicone. And of course theres several sump designs on Marcs page that you should check out as well. HTH]
