Sump/acrylic question

[I have a sump already made. I have found I need to drill more holes on an internal panel in the sump (for water flow). Is this possible if the sump is already built or is it too high of a risk that it will crack the panel being drilled? Not an acrylic expert or anything...]

[It can still be drilled, as far as I'm concerned. You just have to take your time. Big holes? Little holes?

[If the acylic is 1/4" thick, it should be fine. Just take your time so you don't flex the material as you press the drill bit through. Let the bit cut its way through it, and you should be fine.

Btw, you've got email again.]
