So my green bubble tip nem decided to take a stroll through the tank and found one of my koralia pumps!!!!! He didnt make it at all.........so now im on the new quest of finding a new bubble tip  Worst part is he could never find a spot and stay every day I would come home and he would be in a new place is there a particular spot i should put the next one? less flow more light i dunno

What kind of lighting? Tank params? Did you ever feed him? Usually one or more of the 3 above is the culprit for wandering.

I havent tested water params this week yet, lighting is t-5 MH, I did feed him about 1-2 times a month.

Feed more often, I feed mine two,Three times a week. I feed krill and mysis shrimp, I also like using ZOPLAN from TWO LITTLE FISHIES. All my corals seem to like that stuff, even my mushrooms and button pollops seem to like it. And the anemenies to.

Nems do not do well in new tanks. They do need a mature tank. That having been said, ideal lighting for nems are MH's and possibly T5 as an alternative. They may get by with PCs, but they won't be happy campers, which will cause them to roam. They need very good water movement.

Good luck.

After testing water params all is in norms. Water movement is plenty and obviously I have the lighting so i guess this is just saying hey this is what i think?

This isnt the first time for me to keep a nem, but i am pretty saddened by the fact that he walked into a pump cuz it sucks.

I understand totally, Ive got two Green bubble tips that are doing great and one rose bubble that cant make his mind up as to where he wants to be. He just started this night before last, and its driving me crazy.
