Stocking Question

I asked this once before, but I feel more equipped now. First, I have a 40gal breeder w/o a sump at this point. I have about 25-30 lb LR. I eventually plan on having some easy/beginner corals to add color and action. I first bought a Orange Spotted Goby as a sand sifter, and they seem cool, but he did not do well. he was the first addition but unfortunately didn't make it. He had a sunken stomach when I bought him which was probably the problem. Anyway, here it goes:

3 Green Chromis
2 Clownfish
1 Six Line Wrasse
1 Pigmy Angel

I plan to add them in that order. Is this too many fish for a 40?

Bio-load looks good. The only thing I might change is adding the 6-line after the angel. Adding it before the 6-line would allow the angel (more docile than the 6-line) to get established in the tank, giving it a slight upperhand in its relationship with the 6-line.

Look into getting a cryptic six line wrasse it is less aggresive and territorial

Thanks for the insight on the six line. Someone mentioned on Reef Central that the load seemed heavy by a fish or 2, but the Chromis would probably kill each other off leaving one anyway. I thought they were pretty calm, that is why I was looking at them. What do you think?

Are there any other stocking ideas for the tank? I am open to ideas as I have not put any fish in yet.

Also, what about CUC?
