Starting SPS newbie question

Ok.. I have had the tank for about 1.5 years... it's been mostly softies.. leathers and polyps.
I had 3x150w 15k XM's with 120w accentics.

Now I am running 3x250w 12k reeflux bulbs with 2x160w vho accentics.
I slowly acclimated the rest of the tank to the new lights over a period of weeks... had a few zoo's that started to fade.. (they went over to the 12g nano and came back full color and looking good)
my tank parm are:
Cal: 460
Ph: 8.2 to 8.4 (depending on day or night)
Dkh: 9
nitrate: 0
Nitite: 0
Ammonia: 0
mag: 1320
Phos: 0

flow in the tank is good.

So the quesiton is... What are some good starter SPS's to get?

I am thinking about something small for frags.. I don't want to go killing a bueatiful specimin with not knowing placement and lighting needs...

Thanks in advance for your feedback.

Montipora capricornis and Montipora digitata are both good beginner corals.

Is your tank still filled with softies and leathers? Do you run carbon actively yet? You probably should. Other than that, your water sounds good to me. How's the flow?

Thanks marc...

Right now most of the softies are out.. exept for the large colt coral.. (Base is around 2.5 to 3 inches)

As for the flow rate, the tank is a 150 and I use a Reeflo Dart pump on the return Divided into 3 returns also have a Korella 4 in the tank. Do you think this is enough or should I add more flow?

At present I don't actively run carbon...Would it be good to run it in a seperate pump like I do the phospate stuff? or would passively (on the return side of the fuge work?

Sounds like plenty of flow. Yes, run fresh carbon in a Phosban Reactor.

Get a frag of something SPSy from someone in the club, and see how it does.
