stange tang behavior?

i have a hippo tang that is completely healthy. no signs of stress. eats like a pig swims around and interacts just fine. thing is, when he eats he will go to the top and it looks like he's swallowing air bubbles. when he goes back down they come out of his gills and he does it over and over. i cant say he only does it when he eats but thats when i've noticed it. do u think he just likes the way it feels? or is that a sign he has something wrong with him? hes only recently started doing it. any input would be greatly appreciated. thx!
 
cool. i was wondering because he's pretty fat and he eats well. maybe he's just got an eating disorder where he gets anxiety. lol thx
 
I've got a foxface that does the same thing. Only my stinker will spit water over the sides of the tank in the process so no matter how well I clean the glass I ALWAYS come home to salt water drips down the outside of the glass! *sigh*
