So who has one? Reefbreeder LED

I looked around and never really considered too many other lights after I saw the price and features. I currently have Ecoxotic pros and t5's.

After I replaced all my bulbs last week and the tank just lacked punch still and my temperature was still 82, I decided I would rather get cool new lights than a boring chiller.

The Ecoxotic 's run really hot too.

I have been looking at this light as well. It is on my short list for my lighting needs. Did you order a custom setup, or just the stock setup. RC has a huge thread on these lights and the feedback has been excellent. Please post before and after shots of your tank, and what your overall opinion is of these lights.

There is a pretty hot debate over on nano-reef between the reefbreeders and Radion. I just picked up a new radion, and LOVE it.

Well at least they are close enough in quality and features to be debated. I think that must be a good thing. I'll go and check out the debate.

the maxspect razor 120watt is more similar to the reefbreeder than the radion is. The radions are ridiculously over priced.

The reefbreeders lacks the controllability that the radion offers in my opinion. But it's a very nice light. said:
If I had more controllability I wouldn't know what to do with it! LOL! [smilie=thinking.gif]

I have the IT2040 with 90 degree optics over my 40g square. It's been up for almost two weeks and so far I'm loving it. Lps and zoas colors really pop but sps are still adapting to the new light cycle. I am only running it at 30% blue and 20% white and will kick it up 5% weekly and see how my sps are doing. The great thing about this light is built in controller with LCD screen. However, I wish it was a touch screen. There are two amazingly quite fans that keep leds and heatsink cool. I am surprise how cool this thing stay after being on all day.

How long after your ordered did you get your light? I couldn't really get an answer out of the guy today. I contacted him to change my order from the 16" to the 24" and he was supposed to refund my paypal acct. for the 16 so I could pay for the 24 and he never did. I asked him two or three times via email for a ship date and he never answered the question. Makes me a little worried....

I received my order within a 1 1/2 weeks. I placed the order from his ebay site. He is really bad with returning emails. It took him 3 days before I received any confirmation from him. I left him a positive feedback because I was surprised I got my shipment in 1 1/2 week early. It he never left me any feedback. Other than the light been good, the guy is bad at returning emails.
