So when is that anual $1/gallon sale anyways???

I for sure thought that one of the chains would have had the $1/Gallon sale some time this summer, but here it is almost the end of August and nothin??? Did I miss it??? :roll:
 
Called 2 different Petco's today and both told me that it's not good on the 40g breeder tank. One said it was only on the 20g and 29g, if I remember correctly.

Usually good on all in stock but most don't have the 30 or 40 breeder sizes in stock, at least it was that way last year.

I bought 4 40 gallon breeders last year. We had to go to a couple different stores to do it, but a lot the stores will call around if you ask them to.
 
Yes this is ONLY for Petco, and the 1 dollar 1 gallon yearly sales start on the 24th of august 2008. So next sunday, bring your money for your tank
 
Yes, it is nation wide. It only applies to the barebone rectangle tanks. I haven't been in Petco in a long time so I'm not sure what "nano" tanks they have. I know the little 10gal rectangle tanks are $10.
 
Wal Mart sells 10g for $10.88 so it's not that big of a deal, but when talking about a 40-50g tank you can save a bunch.
 
well it looks like the sale has been reduced to 20 and 29 gallon tanks and the 55 is 79.99 , so looks like no breeders of any size.
 
$55 for 55G thats alot of money for a non RR 55G never paid that much for one in my life!! Hell I paid $125 for my Oceanic Reef Ready 125G at DAS tanks are cheap!!
