So how big is your toadstool?

I got a monster toadstool leather from Wayne70 when he parted out his tank and was wondering how big these things can get. It took about 2 weeks for this thing to get comfortable in my tank, but man now that it's opened up, it is BIG - about 12-14" across when fully open with 2 1/2" polyps :shock: . I know a lot of you probably start to frag them when they get too big, but how big have you guys grown these things?
 
I had this ohe but it got to big for me.

Mine got to 8" across when fully opened, then I cut a three inch ring from around the cap, and chopped those up into frags. Recently, it had grown back to 8-9" across, and I chopped it down to a nub on the rick to sell. The 'nub' sprouted polyps and is about 3" across now :)

It initially had the same flowering look but today is smooth and flaky looking. I do not want to lose it as it is really cool.
