small snail ID please

I may not be able to get a close up enough picture but I'm seeing several snails about 1/8 to 3/16 inch. look like BB's some are carring 3 to 4 smaller snails or eggs on shell - they appear to be reproducing easy enough and only seem to be foraging on rock but I would like ot know if any one may have an idea if thy are reef safe or not

Sounds like collonistas.. rounded shell, brown, tan, or red striped pattern..
