Skimmer took a dump

Well just like it says!!! One of the fittings at the bottom cracked due to my carelessness. Or should I saw Budweisers!!!! Oh well I am now in the market for a new one. Ok so I have a 72g with a 20g sump. The area in my sump is some what limited due to bad construction(on my part) oh well. So needless to say space is limited. I do have room next to the sump to had an extra 10g tank just for a skimmer but would like to try a AquaC Remora Pro Hang-On Protein Skimmer w/ Drain Fitting. Any feedback on these or any other ideas for other skimmers. Thanks for the help!!!

Oh ya I found these online with a mag 3 for 226.00 or with a rio1400 for 200.00 just fyi. So tell me what you think. And oh ya Buds and tanks dont always mix!!!!!!!!!!!

Go with the mag pump if you purchase this. It's a better pump all around.

Well you said you cracked the fitting. can you repair it in any way shape or form ? it Might be worth while to at least attempt to repair it and have it as a spare. Most acrylic can be repaired with Weldon or crazy glue and most PVC or CPVC can be repaired with PVC glue. I would hard glue the fitting to an extension and add a new fitting to the extension.
Having a Picture of the break would really help here.
