Skimmer Recommendation

120G 4x2x2 RR tank. Sump is about 35G. Will eventually be mixed reef with lot's of fishies; ie heavy bio load. Need recommendation on skimmer. ASM G3 is what I'm guessing. TIA!
 
I hear good things about the Trigger System PS's. I have the 300 model on my 180g. Haven't actually used it yet. But, it sure looks cool :lol:

Worth checking out anyway.
 
I also have an ASM, its a great skimmer and I love it. On your tank I would go with a G4 or G4X, I regret not going with the biggest skimmer that would fit in my sump the first time. If you don't have enough space then the G3 would work great.

If you are going to have a high bioload I would go with a 4 also.

Others to look at are my reef creations, trigger sytems, and Euroreef but the ASM is an excellent choice!
 
I have a Trigger systems 300 on mine and love it. I have the modified collection top and think it collects almost twice that of a standard collection top.
 
Thanks for all the comments. I order the G4+ along with the gate valve mod. I'll keep you posted on my progress.
