Sink the cyclopeeze - It only floats

[Ok, this is a really dumb question.

I have some freeze dried cyclop-eeze that I've been trying to feed. I let it sit in water (tried fresh and salt) to rehydrate, then put it in the tank. It always floats to the surface. The fish love it, but not all of them will venture eat from the surface. I turn the pump off and let it sit on the surface for an hour and it still won't sink. When I turn the pump back on it immediate goes down the overflow.

Does anyone know any tricks to make cyclopeeze sink?]

[I would take a couple of cups of tank water, put it in a clean blender cup, put in the amount of food you want. Blend it for 30-60 seconds, then dump it in the tank. Try that, just guessing on the blending time, but that is how I feed food to my corals and I know that it sinks after I blend it.]

[Hmm, i just add it as part of my normal feeding plan. Seems to sink just fine, I do however let all my frozen foods defrost for 10 minutes before adding to the tank.]

[I take a pinch of it, and rub it between my fingers under the water and it goes everywhere.]

[I've never used cyclop-eeze but Marc's method is what I've used for other floating foods. Pinch and rub below water surface.]
