What lights do you have? Are they inflated? What are your water parameters?

I keep bubble tips under my pc lights just fine, but my RBTA is under T5 lights.
 
What's the situation with your tank?

Could be you run your lights too long and the anemones are bleaching. 7 to 9 hours of MH is more than enough. Same with T5s. Now if you have NO lighting (normal output bulbs like the kind that come with an aquarium), they are starving for light.

Are you feeding them?

What are your water parameters, specifically?
 
Also how long have they been in your tank? Have they been in there for a while and this just happened or are they new to the tank?
 
What should I do for them to get the color back...they have been in the for two month and they split about a month ago...I have mh light and I'm runing them abot 9 hrs.
 
Please answer the rest of our questions. Without information, we are just throwing guesses out there and that is a very bad plan.

Post some pictures of it as well.
