Separate fuge and sump plumbing help

I'm up thinking about my inwall build lol

I'm concerned about my sump/fuge setup. I've attached a top down view art masterpiece [smilie=rofl.gif] of my 240 gallon and it's drain/return to possibly help yall give me any advice on my plumbing

My fuge is a 20 gallon long I've had setup as a mini reef. It's tempered glass so I can't drill it. I figured since I had it I might as well use it as a fuge
My sump came used with the setup I purchased. It's a drilled oceanic sump but the baffles were removed by previous owner. I currently have an external return pump.

Options that have run through my mind were:

1. Purchase beveled edged baffles and silicone them in the sump to create an in sump fuge and return section (and forget about 20 gallon as fuge and setup as QT)
2. Allow far left drain to flow into the sump and far right drain to flow into the fuge then feed fuge back into display with sectioned off return
3. Split external return pump to return into display and flow into fuge, and gravity feed fuge into sump with HOB overflow

These were ideas that I'm sure may be a little off so that's why I'm asking yall pros for advice on which option would work best or if yall have any other ideas.

Thanks!

it was late and i was tired lol. i just read where i stated beveled glass for the baffles lol...i meant smooth edge glass for baffles...not beveled!
