Seeking Club Volunteers for Aquashella Event Sat & Sun - May 17-18

If you would like to volunteer to help at Aquashella event this May, please leave a reply below, indicating your interest and when you are available to help. Mornings are the greatest need, but this is such a huge event with so much going on. In the past we've helped with check-in, t-shirt merchandise booth, raffle benefiting a charity, and MORE! The target shift times are:
  • Saturday morning
  • Saturday afternoon
  • Sunday morning
  • Sunday afternoon

Also, our hobby club usually gets a booth, and it will need a person or two to answer questions and pass out club swag and any donations (magazines from Reef Hobbyist Magazine plus other educational literature), DFWMAS stickers, and any other swag from club or others.

Volunteers usually get a t-shirt.

Eileen & Drex are returning to staff club booth, but we still need LOTS of volunteers to help out Aquashella itself! LOTS of FUN!!

9am Saturday morning training on registration app - meet at registration area
10am Sunday morning training on registration app - meet at registration area

If you arrive at a different time, please find me - I will likely up at the registration area helping check-in people OR let the people at registration know you are a volunteer with the club and they'll assign you wherever need is the greatest at that time 🪸 🐠 THANK YOU for your help 🐠
