Seeking Club Volunteers for Aquashella Event Sat & Sun - May 16 -17​

If you would like to volunteer to help at Aquashella event this May, please leave a reply below, indicating your interest and when you are available to help. Mornings are the greatest need, but this is such a huge event with so much going on. In the past we've helped with check-in, t-shirt merchandise booth, raffle benefiting a charity, and MORE! The target shift times are:
  • Saturday morning
  • Saturday afternoon
  • Sunday morning
  • Sunday afternoon

Also, our hobby club usually gets a booth, and club's table will need a person or two to answer questions and pass out club swag and any donations (magazines plus other educational literature), DFWMAS stickers, and any other swag from club or others.

Volunteers usually get a t-shirt.

our club has just paid for our discounted booth, but we only get our discounted booth by providing a LOT of volunteers to help Aquashella
 
with the website being down for this past month, and Aquashella volunteer activities beginning tonight, we are going to just keep winging it.

SO

as posted on our social media FaceBook and Instagram accounts, we are still seeking 20 or more volunteers to help with Thursday (tonight) after work, Friday (day), Saturday (9-2pm or noon-5pm) Sunday (10-2pm or noon-4:30pm). Please just show up in the registration area, let them know you are a volunteer with the local saltwater hobby club and they'll put you to work. You'll likely also find me in that same area, look for the fluffy blonde (Lisa), likely in a ponytail due to heat.
