Seal the inside of a DIY stand

What epoxy are you guys using to seal the inside of your stands? I want a bright white finish inside to assist in light refraction for the refuge.

I have used white Kilzs(sp?) Sealer. Does well.

When I use epoxy on someting it is "System 3" West Marine
carries it in the area.
