So I ordered 2 sea cucumbers from the group buy at sealifeinc and one was good, the other expelled something right before I picked it up...
Any idea what this is?
Can cuc's live after the expel their internal organs? The videos show them expelling them then sucking them back in...
Maybe it ate a jelly fish then puked it back up?
It looks like organs though.... It has a long white tube with some black stuff in it, mabye a colon? And a bottom part with yellow hairy stuff, and the top has clear extensions that look like frogspawn polyps without color.
Upon unpacking the mess was put in a breeder box and the clear things expanded and stood up, and move kind of like frogspawn polyps...
This thing is still moving, 6 hours after unpacking it...
The cuc went into the 100 gallon tank on one side, and the mess was in a breeder box on the other side.
The cuc crawled all the way up to the box... mabye he smelled his guts? I put him in the box for about an hour and he didnt do anything with them so i moved him back out of the box into the tank.
