Say Cheese! DIY Fish Trap

Just had to share my make shift fish trap I made out of egg crate, 1/4" plexiglass and fishing line. Just put some pellets in there and as soon as he went in let the fishing line loose letting the plexiglass door shut. The entire inside is lined with plexiglass with holes drilled in various places. Why take your rock out to catch fish?

Very nice... I purchased a fish trap and finally gave up after a few days and removed the rock... Great idea...

When all else failed, i would just get out a small fish hook and line. Never wanted to take my rock out. Guess depends on how bad you want the pain in the butt fish out your tank. [smilie=rofl.gif]
 
Really I don't see why a person couldn't do that as long as you can get the right fish to bite [smilie=wink.gif] . People catch and release fish all the time.

LOl ya. If he is the butt head fish he is always biting everything.
