Hey all! I will be upgrading to a 60G cube tank soon. I have a 20g nano reef at the moment.
Do you guys think I should just make 60 gallons of fresh saltwater for the move over? Or start saving my water change water till I get the new tank?
Will the bacteria in the water change water even live? I am currently just pouring it into a big rubbermain tub with some new sand I got from Dr fosters and smith.
Should I seed the sand too? Or am I just asking for trouble. I was thinking about putting a little pump in there for flow or something. Do I need to heat the water too?
