Saving Corals attached to liverock from a nasty tank

Just a quick question.

I've got a nano tank that got all the nasty algae, red slime everywhere, and the amber colored stuff you get normally at first that disappears came back.

I've got some zoas and a nice Toadstool in there I'd like to save before shutting the system down and starting it again.

Any suggestions how to do so without spreading the nasty algae to the tank they go to?

Thanks

Bill

Water changes and phosphate remover. I had a second cycle in my 2 year old reef which caused a hair algea, diatom and red slime algea outbreak. I thought of starting over and taking out the rock when someone here recommended to try this. Within 3 weeks my algea problems were gone.
Hope this helps, just hate the idea of starting over after waiting so long for the tank to become established.
