Just wanted to say that Hydro CS is really good. I got the 1400 for christmas and broke one of the tabs on the side. E-mailed them up and asked where I could buy another one and they asked for my address and that they would send one out to replace it. Well it got here today and they actually sent me two. Great service [smilie=wink.gif]

I'm guessing this is some type of equipment? A pump?

Hydor does make very reliable products. Good to hear that their CS and support is great. Koralia powerheads rock!

Ah. So you meant Hydor, not Hydro, and CS isn't a model, it's Customer Service. Sorry, didn't get that the first time around.

what size tank do you have it on?

I want to get two of these to do a gyre flow on my tank but i don't know if they will be powerful enough (my tanks footprint is 48x24)
