Rust - How bad is my situation?

[I use small razor to scrape the inside front of the tank clean. I guess i dropped one in there and i found it this morning all rusted up. My clam isn't looking too hot right now, his little foot think was holding onto the razor blade. What do i need to do???]
 
[Not to hijack your thread but i found a rusty hose clamp on my return pump, Rust= bad? Oh i dont think there is anything really you coul do except wait.]
 
[If you're worried about it, you could always do water change. If you are really worried about it, use some carbon and a polyfilter for a few days.]
 
[The only thing that rust will do is promote the growth of macro algae. The iron in the razor and clamp is simply oxidizing. This oxidation will cause iron ions (Fe) to be release into the water column. Macro algaes in the tank will readily consume the iron with no worries.]
