ok how often can a take a coral from one tank to another tank
bc my dad has halides and i dont so i want to put it the coral in his tank to grow then put it back in my tank so how often can i do this

Yes, I agree, it sounds very stressful for the coral and such transitions might cause it to die back and lose whatever growth it achieved under the MH when you put it in the PC tank, or die outright.
