Rod's Food

We won a years supply of Rod's Food at MACNA and am not quite sure how to feed it. They mailed the food to me all at one time so I have a bunch of it in all different flavors with a majority of it being Original Blend. Rod had told me to feed approx a dime amount to my 120 reef and to add a little bit and then wait for about 5 min then feed the rest.

I have a few questions to ask.

1. Right now i feed flakes and pellets in the morning and a mixture of frozen foods at night. Do I continue to feed the same in the morning and just change the Rod's for the frozen at night time or do I feed Rod's for both feedings?

2. Also, right now I put my frozen food into some small individual containers (about a weeks worth) with garlic and RO water then feed it to the tank. I was planning on doing the same with the Rod's food is that ok?

Im sure I'll have some more questions as I start feeding.

great I was not sure if I should still add the garlic but i hate to not add it since i have a couple of tangs
