[hELLO FOLKS,
i am looking to buy a good quality RO unit. Does any one know what brand is good? can i use RO water as a drinking water too!?

[I got mine here: RO/DI but Marc can beat those prices I suspect. I still buy my replacement cartiridges there.

Marc chime in if you can beat those prices on cartridges! I will be in need of some DI in the not too distant future.

I've been told that Dow Chemical makes all the RO membranes that we buy so one should be the same as another.]

[Just make sure the ro membrane is of high quality such as FilmTec membranes.
For 130.00 bucks you should be able to find the RO/DI system with a flush and pressure gauge.]
