RO Booster Pump Setup

I just got my RO unit the other day. We also ordered a booster pump since we have very low pressure. It says to mount the pump...I have no idea what to mount it to or how to mount it...does anyone have pictures of how they did it? It also came with a pressure gauge and a mounting bracket for that....I'm even more confused as to what the bracket is supposed to go around. Please help!

post a picture of the bracket tht will help use figure out how to mount. But with a booster pump i really do not think you need the presure gauge, unless you just really want to know the pressure.

I also responded to your pm.

We have a coop well, so sometimes our water pressure is barely a trickle and sometimes it seems pretty decent...so I'd like to use the pressure gauge just out of curiousity to see how steady it keeps the pressure with our constantly fluctuating pressure.

Your photo was pretty helpful. Do you have a sediment filter attached to your pump? I guess I can build a little shelf and attach everthing to it. The rubber feet on the pump have holes through them, do you just put screws through that for mounting it to the shelf?

no sediment filter. Yes i put a washer on the rubber feet and then just put a wood screw through that hole. Does the metal bracket on the presure gauge turn? If so turn it 90 degrees get some wood screw and mount to a piece of wood. May have to make some little feet to make it clear the fitting under it.

Not sure if you could tell form my picture too, but i have 3 lines run in that pvc pipe. 1 source water and 2 trash water. when i first turn the filter on i let it run about 5 min to let the filters get cleaned before i route it to the di resin. this will help save your di.

Thanks for your help. I think after a trip (or two) to home depot I should be up and running. It's kind of frustrating I can hookup the ro and the pump and everything then I can't figure out how to mount it to the wall. Oh well...I am an Aggie
