Reef Rock Crab

So i recently got this new rock crab to put in our reef, impulse buy, i know, bad, but maria just had to have him, with us about to have 3 tanks she was determined to find him a home no matter where he went, but since he has been in quarantene now for 4-5 days or so, he has not eatin anything. not sure if that is 100% his name, or what and if he is even safe for the reed, and not sure what i can feed him either, i have tried frozen shrimp, live guppies, seaweed, and he wont even look at any of it, any ideas? thanks...

here is a small pic of him, he is about 4 inches across...
 
yea, that lil white thing next to his claw is a frozen krill, just to give a lil perspective...so hes probably too big to be that, i would think, not sure...
 
I can't see the claw tips, but I doubt that guy is safe for your livestock.
 
wow, on that note i think i just found a permanant refugium inhabitant, i should have a new good sized one in the next week or so...any idea what he is, a better name than rock crab, maybe somewhere to get info on him?
