After waiting for nearly 2 months for it to be in stock, I finally got my RKL. This thing is great. For simple tasks I do not know why anyone would pay significantly more money for some of the other controllers. Currently I am using the system to run my lights, my heaters, a fan, and a koralia evolution After receiving it, I was able to have it up and running in less than an hour. The setup was simple, and the manual was very helpful. Anyway, I figured I would give my 2 cents since all I typically read about are the apex controllers.
 
My first controller was a RK2 and I still have it running lights, heaters and pumps on my smaller systems. It worked great until my house got struck by lightning and the PH quit reading. Everything else still works great. [smilie=smile.gif] I still went to the Apex for my 300G system. At the time there were a lot of problems with the new RK elite.
 
I have one, and like it just fine. Couldn't see paying more for a another controller with my current set up. Good price for a very nice controller. They even have salinity probes !!
