I redid my rock. So in the process I had to remove my frags. The sand got disturbed a bit. When I put my frags back in the next day about 1 inch of all the tips are white. Any change for the frags. Will they just grow back. Or all these gonna die
Good question. You may be experiencing an ammonia spike from the sand bed disturbance and/or the rock work(if you took the rock out of saltwater for even a few minutes). If you have a test kit, test your level of ammonia and if you have some Qmquel+ dose some. You can also do a water change. Did you move your frags? If so that may be causing an issue. Flow or light intensity changes can cause issues also. Good luck!
Was your tank cloudy? You may have triggered a bacteria bloom from disturbing the sand. If you had rock below the sand (base) and took it out of the sand. This may jhave caused it.
