RED SEA MAX AND SPS'S

Has anyone tried sps's in the red sea max's with stock lighting? Monti -Digatata's are the only ones ive done so far about 1/2 way to 3/4 towards the top of tank.

Same here, have had great success with monti digi's and caps , i upgraded my lights and I actually like the growth and color i was getting before the upgrade. Now I have an acro that is not doing well with a 150 HQI and 2x 18watt actinics. but my maxima clam is sure happy.

Too much, not terribly impressed with it, I think I might switch the bulb out to a 10k bulb, i have a 14k in there right now.

It was about $500 for the kit.
