Red Sea Magnesium MG test kit, DFWMAS Approved ?

i had no success with red sea test kits i get readings way off.

I wanted to get the salifert kit, but since I have some orders at DFS, I'd figured I throw in one of them to save shipping versus order 1 salifert and pay full shipping..

Was the figure consistently off to where you can "kinda" pinpoint where your actual level is ? I am not really picky to where the actual reading are, if it's over 1200, I am happy..
