Re-Cycle Tank

My tank has gotten a little out of control (aptasia, flatworms, algae) would like to take everything out wash and bake the rock and sand re-cycle the tank (Bio 29). I don't have any fish. My corals load is minimal (high end palys, Frogspawn, Duncan, Dendro, Favia and a Ric garden. I don't have another tank at this time. Will all of these survive in some sort of container with circulating water and light over them. Any other suggestions would be great.

I imagine with proper flow and lighting they would be alright. Might require more frequent water changes. Just keep an eye on those parameters.
